The first thing to do to go fully automatic is to activate automatic inventory management for your subscription. You do this by toggling the little radio button in the upper right hand corner of your subscription. Right here:

Activating automatic inventory management is as easy a flipping a switch.

Activating automatic inventory will allows you to set a threshold for when to re-order woven labels and allow you to set a quantity for how many woven labels you’d like to order.It also ensures your subscription will never expire, by ordering at least 100 labels per year, the minimum labels per year to keep your subscription active.

Click the “change these settings” link to setup your threshold and re-order quantity.

We recommend setting your re-order quantity to be the most amount of products that you ship in a single month. That will ensure you will have enough labels in stock for at least a month while your next run of labels is being produced. Set the re-order quantity to whatever quantity you feel most comfortable with. Since bulk discounts do apply to woven label purchases, ordering labels in larger quantities does save money.

Click save and you are ready to go. As soon as your woven label inventory reaches your specified threshold we will automatically place an order for your selected quantity of woven labels and you will see the re-stock pending in your subscription.
